Another day of joint practices, another day of fighting between the New York Giants and Detroit Lions.
After a rowdy practice Monday, the two sides were warring again Tuesday with
Giants rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers and Lions safety Kerby Joseph throwing punches after an incompletion during an 11-on-11 session.
The fight led to multiple individual brawls before the sides were finally separated.
The Giants practiced with the Detroit Lions for the second straight day on Tuesday, and for the second straight day, fisticuffs broke out.
After a few different scuffles broke out on Monday, on Tuesday it was Giants rookie receiver Malik Nabers and Lions safety Kerby Joseph who went at it.
After an incomplete pass to Nabers in the end zone, the rookie was jogging back to the huddle when he appeared to take a swipe at Joseph
After practice, Nabers explained that he had tapped Lions corner Terrion Arnold on
the helmet to tell him he made a nice play on the coverage, and Joseph took exception to that,
running over to give some choice words to Nabers.
